To be set up with a PACS Login, which will allow you to view your patient's images 24/7, please call CDI and speak with the office manager or call and ask for our IT Support at (626) 339-5464.
PACS does not work with Google Chrome, FireFox or Safari. Please use in Internet Explorer only.
Have you recently updated your computer to Windows 7 or higher and are now having trouble viewing your pacs? Please download the instructions below for the simple and easy fix.
Our imaging and report CDs are designed to play automatically, with Windows 7 or higher. Our CDs may not auto run the first time. Please follow these simple instructions to fix this. If you have any further questions please feel free to call our office so we can walk you through it.
